Known as the "Best Little Games in the South", this year's event will feature heavy athletics, pipe bands, highland and country dancing, heilan coos and sheep dogs...and more! The Celtic rock band "Seven Nations" will headline the Ceilidh on Saturday evening. Sample Scottish and Irish foods. Bring the children to the "Kids Keltic Adventure". Visit the Clans and Societies areas to learn more of your culture.
The traditional Sponsors Reception and Whisky Tasting (open to all with reservations) will begin the festival on Friday, April 18. Athletic competitions will commence at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, April 19. Don't miss the official opening ceremony and parade at 12 noon.
